Hi! I’m Pauline Fletcher, and with over 25 years of experience as a professional makeup artist, I’m passionate about helping you look and feel your best on any special occasion.
Whether you’re a bride planning an unforgettable wedding or attending a school debs, graduation, or Ladies Day at the races, I’m here to create the perfect look just for you.
Specialising in bridal makeup, including elopement and destination weddings, I tailor every detail to reflect your unique style and personality.
Beyond weddings, my expertise extends to editorial work, fashion shows, TV and film productions—wherever creativity calls!
Based in Galway, I serve not only the local area but also counties Mayo, Roscommon, Offaly, Clare—and nationwide across Ireland upon request.
I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the industry’s most talented artists like Terry Barber and Val Garland. My client list includes names such as Mel Gibson and Helena Christensen.

My Background
Originally from Armagh and now happily settled in Galway, my journey into the world of makeup artistry began back in 1991 when I studied Art and Design in Liverpool.
Makeup has always been my passion, and in 1998, I embarked on an incredible 17-year adventure with MAC Cosmetics.
During this time, I had the pleasure of working at MAC locations in Brown Thomas Dublin, all the way to Sydney, Australia. Eventually, I became Manager at Brown Thomas Galway before launching my own business as Pauline Fletcher Makeup Artist in 2015.
Working with MAC opened doors to some truly exciting experiences – including working backstage at London and Sydney Fashion Week, the IFTAs, and the MTV Awards!
Alongside these adventures, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with some of the industry’s most talented artists like Terry Barber and Val Garland. I’ve also worked with celebrity clients such as Mel Gibson and Helena Christensen, our very own Gráinne Seoige, and Daniel Day Lewis for The Oprah Winfrey Show.
